Unlike traditional developers who sell individual units, we build entire resort projects and offer investors a co-ownership stake — giving each investor a share in the whole resort's performance, managed professionally for consistent returns.
Our first project, Basera Ridge in Kottamala, Vagamon, is a 14-pod hill resort now open for investment — inviting co-owners to be part of its construction and development. Four more destinations are under planning across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
